What's the most interesting car you saw today?

Fords of this era are easy to pin down by their taillights. That’s a '65.

I went out to lunch today and saw a hot rod based on what I believe was a 1946ish Ford coupe.

A few more blocks down the road I saw a 1960s Chevy II/Nova wagon turn the corner.

I haven’t seen one of these in years and years. That’s in awesome shape.

So much vertical glass, that cargo bed is so bright.

Lincoln Town Car with a spoiler

Saw this Clown Car today. I thought it was a Subaru Brat at first, but it’s not.
No idea what it is.

Two Rivians within 5 minutes: 2 R1Ts. 11 pics of the first one, 2 pics of the second.

I still haven’t accepted that front end. Even the logo is just… meh.

That thing is hilarious.

I saw a 20 something girl in a full kimono driving a bright yellow lambo.

Agree on the front end. Its eyes are too close together.

The shadows don’t make for a great photo, but my neighbor had his mid-1950s Chrysler 300 out of the garage today. I see it relatively frequently, but it’s usually in the garage so only the back is visible.

That’s one nice Chrysler.

The guy with the 57 Chevy down the street had this baby parked in the driveway yesterday.

No idea what it was, except the engine had the Chevy logo.

Could be practically anything from the late Twenties / early Thirties.

It went by too fast for me to get a picture, but I think I saw a 1961-2 white Dodge Dart Phoenix convertible. It was a relatively small convertible, subtle tailfins, but smaller taillights than the 1960 model. It was close to my home but on a major street so I don’t suspect it lives around here.

Hey check this out —

It’s the ElectraMeccanica SOLO

A 3-wheel solo electric car for 1 person. Priced under $20,000. 100 mile range. I met the owner. He’s had it 4 months and he loves it. The DMV classifies it as a motorcycle, so insurance is priced low. But you don’t need a motorcycle license to operate it.

They’re in Vancouver BC. Near Tsawwassen, BC!

I’ve seen a couple of those.

Cool. This was my first one.

ETA — they have a cargo version. I’m scheduling a test drive.

Yesterday I spotted a Nash Metropolitan convertible (green and white) in great shape. It looks a lot like a clown car, but it’s totes adorbs.
