Dr. Venture seems quite familiar with the UN Ban on Cloning Humans, in the Mr. Brisby Episode. The line about Dean’s testes was ‘should’ve fixed this in the prototype stage.’ The boys never met their mother, but Dr. Venture nearly talked about her once or twice. Don’t know about the clothes thing, though. The boys are educated in a box that their pop built. It sometimes gets very hot in the box. That their pop built.
Oh, and also:
If they’re clones, they have to be clones of two different people, one expects. Hey, they kinda look like Brock and Doc Venture, don’t they? Hank’s the aggressive one, and hangs out with Brock the most; Dean’s the passive one, and the smarter of the two brothers, and pretty much a sissy.
But remember when Dr. Venture had his kidneys removed? He took one of each of the boy’s kidneys. That would seem to imply both boys are his. Also–if they were clones, don’t you think Dr. Venture would have been able to clone himself a new set of kidneys? Or would have a few “spare parts” clones lying around?
It’s possible that Dr Venture used DNA from himself and Brock to create Hank. Re Spare Parts. Why do you think he created the boys in the first place?
BTW I’m not sure any of this needs to be in spoilers. I’ve only seen a handful of episodes and when I read Wolfian’s theory, I thought ‘Well, that makes sense.’
Speculation = I think Hank may be The Monarch’s illegitmate son.
Spoiler = In season 2, we learn Hank is really Brock’s father.
Okay? Stop putting speculations in spoiler boxes.
Oh, Dr. Girlfriend is TEH HOT!
My theory about Hank and Dean’s apparent demise is that Jonas Jr. and Rusty are brothers, too… So even if Hank and Dean don’t return in season 2, it could still be called The Venture Brothers.
At the end of the song “Look Away” the guy goes to the gods shouting about his sorrow and the gods replied “What was once is now lost yet could never die.”
