I recently bought a new computer from gateway. It has only the cd-rom/cd-rw drive in it. When I start Cdrwin it recognizes it as a reader but not as a recorder, but other programs like ez cd creator an nero work perfect. Any ideas why it wouldn’t work with cdrwin?
Hm, it’s just a WAG, but I seem to remember CDRWin having issues with ASPI layers or something of the sort. Check their FAQs and you should find a link to an Adaptec file that should do the trick.
Bcuz cdwin only supports certain recorders, see a list of them at their web site. Same with any other writing software.
