What's your definition of a blow-job? (Clinical, but NSFW)

I’d say it can fall somewhere between the two. I’m a blower and blowee and am adding those terms to my vocabulary.

Oral stimulation without that goal is fine and dandy, but I don’t think I’d ever say that I gave a guy a blowjob unless he came. If that was the goal but he didn’t come despite my best efforts (for whatever reason), I’d say that I tried to give him a blowjob or that I started to give him a blowjob.

blow job would be if you have an orgasm due to oral sex. if she uses her hand to give you an orgasm it will be a hand job.
I have my own vocbulary for this topic. if she gives you oral sex just to get up and ready for sex, i call it a bj, if she starts with oral and finishes u with oral i call that a blow job.

For it to be a blow job, the penis has to go in the mouth, but the man doesn’t have to come. If he did, by that logic, a person is a virgin until they’ve climaxed from sex, which is simply not the case.
