Got Your Back - T.I. and Keri Hilson - Great song which I don’t mind as my earworm
U2, “Angel of Harlem” - no idea why.
Well, since I left the theater where I saw ‘Inception’, about two hours ago, I have had the trailer version of the score going through my head.
Excellent scoring, btw.
“Untouched” by the Veronicas, which isn’t surprising because it’s the song I’m actually listening to now.
This! Can’t get it out of my head. That and Hey Eugene by Pink Martini.
Are you theeeeeeeeeeere Eugene?
Radio Clothahump plays music pretty much all the time when I’m awake and sometimes even in my dreams.
Right now, I’m listening to “Goodbye, Columbus” by the Association. I have no idea what triggered it, but about 15 minutes ago, I was listening to The Monkees singing “I’m A Believer”.
I love the radio station in my head.
Rock 'n Roll by The Sounds
Strung Out - “Bring out your dead”.
The last few days, my brain has been a battlefield fought over by the Canadian and British wormed forces: “O Canada” (inspired no doubt by seeing the title of the Canadian feud in The Game Room forum) and Ringo’s “No No Song” (inspired by God knows what).
Pavement - Transport Is Arranged specifically the 3rd verse:
“I swung my fiery sword, I vent my spleen at the lord
He is abstract and bored – too much milk and honey
Well I’ll waltz through the wilderness with nothing
But a compass and a canteen
Settin the scenes
Easy walkin’ border blockin’ transport is arranged”
Good question. I’m hooked rather firmly this morning. Is is the Sonatina in G Major by Clementi or is “A Groovy Kind of Love” by Carol Bayer Sager? It’s definitely The Mindbenders singing.
Arrrgh. . .
I got too much pork for just one fork…
Thinking about the heckuva SCOTS show at double door last night…
They Might be Giants–Photosynthesis. Not even one of my favorites.
I saw the Nissan Rogue commercial this morning and have been singing it ever since…it was annoying me so much I had to google it.
Don’t hate me…My style is di bom digi bom di deng di deng digigi
“Pierre” from the '70s children’s play “Really Rosie”
Here it is, with the same cartoon we all saw, but with the Dresden Dolls singing.
“Really Rosie” is the play that had “Chicken Soup with Rice” in it.
Stromae - “Alors on danse”
Been in my head for two days solid now.
Some kind of hypnotic electro beat or something with the singer speaking/singing with a flat tone. I can’t resist watching the video multiple times a day too.

For the last day and a half it’s now been “Cry” by Faith Hill. At least it’s a good song, but I hope it doesn’t stay in there much longer.
It’s rapidly approaching the song that was stuck in my head the longest period of time ever, a full three or four days.
You don’t even want to know what song that one was.
I’m going to show you anyway.
ETA: The actual singing doesn’t start until about one minute into the video.
I’ve been working on a piece about Saturday Night Fever, so watched it again over the weekend. Collateral damage: the pernicious earworm “Disco Inferno.”
Burn, baby, burn, indeed.
