Based on the comments, this is a sketch from a Belgian comedy show. Although if I met a man who talked like a foreign Mickey Mouse in real life, I’d probably have trouble trying to keep from laughing, too.

What with all the revelations in Episodes I-III, it seems Episode IV could use a retcon.
I first saw this Evangelion AMV (anime music video) of Rammstein’s Engle about 6 years ago. I don’t know who made it, but back then such things were traded via FTP servers or on CD. The streaming version on YouTube suffers a bit; it’s at lower resolution and the audio tends to desync. The original was pretty flawlessly synchronized.
