I like them. I’m more visual than … wordy. It helps me associate names with people.
Hope their newly-allowed use won’t develop into a sticky wicket.
I like them. 
I thought the size was a little wimpy but I’m already used to it. If Tuba leaves them this way, I’m fine with it.
I keep it turned off. I will never know.
I dig it. It’s not too obtrusive IMHO, and easy to turn off if you don’t like it. I see most of us, including myself, have gone the literal route, but it’s pretty interesting to see the less obvious choices.
They suck. I turned them off immediately. Not that anyone cares about the lurkers.
My biggest peeve is actually those boards which permit a larger pic to be pasted into said signature. Where every. single. post. of theirs has this identical huge pic taking up a significant fraction of their post, and my screen. I invariably block the pic in such circumstances.
I kind of like them. Adds a bit of flavor, and it’s entirely optional.
I think they’re fun and I’m really glad they’re not flashing or too big. I just noticed them about ten minutes ago though, so I don’t know if I’ve just been lucky so far.
Given all the comments from people who like them, I decided to add mine.
But I’m still turning them off in my own view.
