What's your "usual"?

Tang for breakfast (usually a quart)
RC Cola through the day (2-3 cans)
Chardonnay or a screwdriver at night

My SO’s usuals: Diet Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Diet Pepsi. Ish!

“That was a hell of a thing.”

It used to be a Dr. Pepper every morning but now I drink hot lemon tea with 1 packet of equal.

Lunch: glass of tea with 1/3 packet of sweet-n-low (Or is it Sweet and Low? To be honest I’ve never paid attention.)

“Nostalgia isn’t what it used to be.”

there is no bacardi 151 Dark. Its just Bacardi 151. This is my drink, 151 and diet coke. There is no other choice. well. beer maybe.

Coffee. More coffee. Coca-Cola. Hot chocolate. Smokes.

:::twitch::: I do need :::twitchtwitch:::to cut back on the :::twitch::: caffeine :::twitch::: just a bit…

One doughnut every workday in the morning.

Hot chocolate every workday in the afternoon. Which I walk 4 blocks for! Actually, the walk is half the reason I go for hot chocolate. Sometimes I make it on weekends, but I don’t go out for it since there are no good coffee shops near my house, just Starbucks

well, I always tend to set my alarm for 7 and than I repeatedly smack the hell out of the snooze button until 8:30… I go to school, sit for 2 hours listening to my teacher yap about either systems integration or Java, than I go get a horrible horrible chicken salad sandwich from the world’s most god awful cafeteria. Than I come home, order a pizza, usually watch some porn, rub myself down with coke and corn chips and than go to bed without showering.

whenever I find myslef the frequent customer of a deli, it’s always: “Tuna salad on a half sub with lettuce, tomato, onion and black pepper.”

whenever people order pizza, I opt for the buffalo wings instead.

and mountain dew becomes a snack in and of itself at college. . .

Every single morning at work - Quaker oatmeal (instant, brown sugar flavor). I am totally addicted. It’s like crack.

Lunch at work - soup from a cafe nearby. I hated soup until two months ago, now I can’t get enough. Mexican tortilla and Philly Steak are my two faves.

Caffeine-free Diet Dr. Pepper, and Coke. I know, it doesn’t make sense…

I’ve had many “usuals” in my life.

My current usual for “breakfast” (more like “brunch” - I work late) is a garden veggie burger with lightly toasted bread, and a liberal amount of ketchup. Sprouts are optional, subject to availability.

Afternoon meal is whatever I can scrounge - usually rice with cheese melted in it (yummy - really) and mixed veggies.

Copious amounts of water. I LOVE water.

Dinner is whatever. Right now it consists of a lot of smoked cheddar - I got a huge block of it, and it will be my undoing.

My usual breakfast is hot cocoa mixed with coffee instead of water. Nothing usual about lunch or dinner. For drinks I stick with Jim Beam and Seven Up or sometimes rum and Coke. I tend toward sweet as long as there isn’t an umbrella in it. Umbrellas are okay only at Trader Vic’s in Honolulu.

In college I had a friend who was still in his experimenting phase with alcohol. His favorite drink was <cringe> Black Velvet and Squirt. I told him that was alright but if he ever ordered it at a bar when he was around me I would be forced to beat him to death with a pool cue.

Pardon me for not paying attention. I don’t drink alcohol anywhere near four times a week .

My only “usual” is breakfast:

A bowl of Shredded Wheat with a banana & skim milk.

Hmm…
usual coffee-SBC best blend freshly ground. One cup before I leave.

Pepsi one around 10 oclock then water…

thats about all I have usually!

Drink (4 times a year) Black and tan! Yummy!

Geez, you guys…Canthearya, Greathouse, et al., how on earth do you survive on such spartan rations? How can anyone skip breakfast, lunch, or dinner? I have reactive hypoglycemia, and I have to eat every 3 hours or so to not get all faint, sweaty and twitchy.

My usuals:
Cereal for breakfast (right now Total Brown Sugar), coffee

Lunch:
A gordita or two from Taco Bell, or sushi, or leftover pizza.

Dinner:
Pizza from either Godfather’s or a local chain called Marina’s.

Snacks:
Lots of Gatorade or Mountain Dew to drink, animal crackers, and (shamefully) Milky Ways from the vending machines.

Boy, now that I look at this, I think I need to see a dietitian.

I was wondering the same thing, and I have no reactive hypglycemia. Boy, I skip a meal, and I’m light headed and falling asleep within an hour or so. The exception is if I pigged out the day before, like I’m not really hungry for breakfast if I had a huge dinner yesterday. But even if I’m in a “must lose weight” mode, I gotta have my 3 squares plus snacks or I’m useless.

In order, through the day:

Coffee
Coke
Beer

Every day of the week, not just a measly four.

It is too clear, and so it is hard to see.

Just about the same as ZenBeam.

Every day, not just four.

Coffee
Ice Water
Beer

Mexican: Fresh avocado and bean burrito with sour cream from down the street, or just about anything from El Vaquero (local Mexican restaurant).

Chinese: Pan fried noodles

Thai: Tom Kha Gai, Phad Thai

Indian: Chicken Tikke Makhni (I’m sure I’m butchering the spelling) and that spinach with goat cheese dish that I can’t remember the name of.

Hamburger: Medium rare, with cheddar, sauteed mushrooms, and A-1. Bacon and sauteed onions optional.

Omelet: Western

Drink: Long Island Iced Tea

Pop: Cherry Coke

Pizza: Donatos (Ohio chain) sausage and onion or Chicken Vegy

Other things I get out almost every time I go to the place that has it:

Cheesecake Factory’s Chicken Piccata, Mile-High Meatloaf sandwich, Banana Cream Cheesecake

Blue Danube’s (local college bar) wet fries, which are crinkle fries covered with chicken gravy.
