Yo boneheads !
I was only asking for what everyone’s “usual” is… Yes, I eat dinner every day. But I don’t have a “usual”, as far as dinner is concerned. What I eat at that meal varies greatly from day to day. But I have the same thing for breakfast and lunch almost every day. I drink the same soda almost every day. I have the same fruit juice almost every day.
Get my pernt?

Strainger…as long as you’re eating a whole pig, why not spread it out over more meals?
Everyone on this board eats more healthily than I do sob
I tried, eden. But HR gave me a pretty harsh reprimand that time I pulled the javelina head out of my lunch cooler in the employees’ cafeteria. And I get so annoyed with my co-workers whining, “You killed Thumper!” every time I start gnawing on a jackrabbit.

Try Jackalope. All the taste of the jackrabbit, none of the reality!
my usual? Marijuana. Usually in a pipe, often in a joint. THis is my only “gotta have” daily routine. Sorry to be so crass, but you asked.
I could hear you not saying anything. You’ve got the loudest silences I ever did hear from anyone who wasn’t dead! Granny Weatherwax
Breakfast: Large coffee, cream, 2 sugars
Lunch: When I’m home for lunch, peanut butter sandwich and a glassa milk
Dinner: Too much variation for any “usual”
Evening snack: Cheeze-its. Those things are addicting.

Okay, now my “usuals”
For Breakfast: Dannon yogurt, strawberry/banana or blueberry are my favorites. Pretty much every morning, sometimes for a snack during the day.
For Lunch: Stouffer’s French Bread or Three Cheese Lasagna, sometimes McDonalds or Burger King.
For Dinner: Spaghetti or Pork Chops.
For drinking: Coca-Cola or Mountain Dew, depending on what was on sale that week at the store.

Have you ever read the packages on those things? LOTS and LOTS of fat grams.
Breakfast: 1 bagel, dry
Raspberry yogurt
Ice water (going through coffee withdrawals)
Lunch: Power bar and a lot of water before I head to the health club. Orange, banana, or apple when I get back to my desk.
Sometimes I will sneak over to the mall after a workout and get a rice bowl and sushi.
Supper: Varies, but almost always includes rice and steamed veggies.
Snack: Hot Tamales or Chewy Runts. MMM MMM MMMMMM
Other: A gallon of water per day. I visit the potty A LOT.
