my guess is towards the end of march now. bush and blair are really pushing the united nation for that second resolution but not getting it would only postpone, not cancel, any war i imagine i gather though that bush is also having a little trouble gaining strategic compliance from turkey to use their space in the event of war (go turkey!) but again, i suppose that’s just an impasse, not something that would prevent a war taking place.

You are spot on with your guess of March 15, but it looks like underdone turkey will put a wrench in it and it will be postponed yet again.
Still, they cannot maintain this level of readiness for much longer. Go for it, is what I say.
