I’m glad Beck has medical care readily available. Isolation in a care facility has its advantages right now.

Hey, guys. I’m back in the Hospital. I had a glucose kerfuffle. And some breathing difficulty. They sent me back over for testing. My blood chemistry has settled down. I’ve had xrays and an MRI.
I have some upper respiratory problem. Coughing. So back on IV fluids and Antibiotics.
I’ve been tested for COVID.
Have you?
Wouldn’t that require her to sleep? It’s not one of her strong suits.
I don’t normally wish negative things on people, but in your case, I hope your test comes back negative.

Yes, ~VOW, the space man came through :smack:. He was in full hazmat gear.:eek: But I’m not in an isolation room. The hospital’s on lockdown, so…there’s that. No visitors.
I’m fine. I do have an infection. It’s being addressed.
Aside from the food, I’m being well cared for.
My staples are coming out today.
I will be pushing to go home. We’ll see.
I have lots of stairs at my house. I’m not sure I can manage that yet.
Of course not! I’m 65, with bad lungs, and live in a nursing home. There’s no reason to test me. :rolleyes:

I’m glad you got prompt medical diagnosis & care. Last night must have been scary for you and your family. Take care of yourself and know that your friends here on SDMB worry about you.
I’d send you hugs but Coronavirus protocol says I shouldn’t get closer than 4 ft. My arms aren’t that long.
