Classes in College (or nite school) that are traditionally female dominated (nursing for example).
An upscale grocery store- look for a woman without a ring, dressed just a bit too nice for grocery shopping, who is taking her own time. Help her with something on a high shelf.

Every taxi driver knows how to get to one of those places, although it is a bit of a drive and might cost as much for the taxi as the “easy” women.
