I think the was more regarding the fact that the poster is responsible for making sure their picky sister-in-law (or son-in-law) has the proper toilet paper on hand.

Google Charmin and go to “coupons and offers.” There is a link to the online P&G store and check out their prices.

Get on the P&G mailing list. Many manufacturers will give discounts for signing up and regularly send out coupons.

Many couponers will write glowing letters to manufacturers about their product and how much they use it. They will often get vouchers for free product in return.

Google “clipping services” and see if you can buy some coupons.

Check out couponmom.com to see if you can find it on sale. You may be able to match a store sale with a coupon from a clipping service(double bonus) if they can mail it to you fast enough. Read their policy.

Also, sign up for UPromise, register your store card and use the e-coupon for $1.00 off a Charmin Ultr Sort or Ultra Strong Mega Roll 6-pack or $1.00 off any size Charmin Sensitive. This can be combined with a coupon. I’m not sure if it come out as a cents-off or is a straight deposit to UPromise, but either way, it’s free money.

I use a few different coupon clipping services, but Krazy Kims has a $1.00 minuimum order, which is great. At .05 cents a coupon, you can get 20 various coupons for your buck.
