WTF?!? Mrs. Claus ordered my Straight Dope coffee mug and T-shirt a couple of weeks ago and got confirmation that it shipped on 12/16. So where the hell is it? It damned sure wasn’t under my freakin’ Christmas tree where it belonged! That was all I even asked for myself. Now I’m pissed. :mad: You just wait until I find the bastidges responsible for this fuckup. They’ll get theirs next damn year! Mutters, grumbles, kicks the dog, (snort).

The incompetence fairies seem to have visited UPS this Christmas. A package of mine got delivered to the WRONG FREAKIN’ ADDRESS! It’s like the UPS delivery guy just randomly picked a house on my road and delivered it there. Ah well, good luck on actually getting your stuff.
Its not just the Christmas season, FDISK. The 500Mil company I work for (cabinet manufacturer=LOTS AND LOTS of shipments) has cancelled a long standing relationship with Brown and gone to FedEx instead.
Since then our mis ship/ lost pacakge/ damaged shipment incidence has decreased by at least 60%.
