Like Dibs I’m the opposite. Penelope Cruz is odd looking and only looks beautiful when made up and shot by a professional photographer. Otherwise big nose and duck lips. Its amazing what a good make up artist can do.
On the other hand Salma is a natural beauty. And has an amazing body. She is middle aged now (a year older than me in fact) so things change. She is still a very attractive woman but time sucks for all of us.
I would not consider her ugly but not close to being a great beauty.
Benedict Cumberbatch and Jennifer Garner. I’m not a big fan of bony faces.
Ignoring all the rest… I never understood the appeal of Elizabeth Taylor. She was a beautiful child but to me never blossomed into a beautiful adult. I certainly never got any feeling of sex appeal from her.
Megan Fox is technically attractive, but something about her dead eyes and mopey face is a massive turn off.
Mila Kunis for me too. Not because she’s average but because she looks, to me, like a 14-year-old. She’s cute, so ‘pretty’ I understand. But I’m bewildered by ‘sexy’ or ‘hot.’ I just don’t get a grown up vibe from her.

IIRC, he took the role after mingling at a party and realizing if I were a woman, I wouldn’t talk to me, which is a shame, because I’d be a really fascinating woman in general and a fascinating conversationalist in particular, but, yeah, I’d be ugly as sin.

Uma Thurman has never been attractive to me. She looks like an androgynous man.
Jennifer Lawrence is just an average looking woman to me.
Sofia Vergara is looking more like drag queen the older she gets.
Courtney Cox has transitioned from slightly cute to completely skeletal and odd looking.
Sarah Jessica Parker, Kirsten Dunst and Angelina Jolie all have or had nice looking bodies with really unattractive heads attached to them.
Bette Davis was never attractive IMHO, even when she was young.
Kristen Stewart is simply unattractive. Whenever she is shown with her mouth open that simply reinforces it.
Basically, with few exceptions, I don’t find most Hollywood actresses to be that attractive. The fact they are famous, well made up,dressed in nice clothes and well-lit often covers up that are usually average looking or worse on the beauty scale.

Agreed. I get why she’s considered hot but her face and eyes kind of drain the life from the overall image.
Likewise Kristen Stewart. I understand why she’s considered attractive and on magazine covers but something about the sum of her parts just fails to fire in my lizard brain. I don’t have any specific “sharp knees” complaints, she just doesn’t work for me.
I’m not sure if she’s widely considered to be “very attractive”, but I find Sarah Jessica Parker to be homely as all get-outs.
Not speaking for, nor defending the_diego here, but it isn’t necessarily prejudice IF he simply doesn’t find black women attractive, any more than it would be homophobia if he didn’t get turned on by an attractive guy. Some guys are never turned on by porcelain-white redheads; for others nothing is hotter. You can call it prejudice, or you can call it preference. I myself usually don’t find black actresses attractive (I also don’t get all the hype about Halle Berry), but there are some exceptions, like Gabrielle Union, whom I find very attractive.
Anyway, lots of these posts seem to be just saying, “everyone seems to think he/she is super hot, but to me they aren’t THAT hot, even though, yeah, they kinda are hot,” rather than what the OP seems to have set up: generally considered attractive by most, but to you they’re not just “meh”, they’re “ugh!” So that being said…
Paris Hilton is, technically, an actress and I don’t think I would be attracted to her even if she didn’t have the other baggage in her life. It’s a combination of her seemingly half-baked smirk, her rich-girl spoiledness, and overall skeezy vibe that, for me, overshadow any physical attractiveness she has.
I know there are some people on this very message board that believe that Helen Mirren is the hottest woman to have ever lived, but even after having seen pictures of her in her younger days, she doesn’t do anything for me, and in fact I think she’s somewhat unattractive, physically.

(regarding Christina Hendricks) I used to agree with you but I’m one of the few who’s watched her rise to stardom before watching Firefly. Now that I’ve seen her in Firefly I’m irrevocably smitten.

Cameron Diaz for me - although she seems like she would be super fun to hang out with, I just don’t see her appeal as a beauty.
Throw me in with nevadaexile as well. Jennifer Lawrence isn’t unattractive but she’s someone that, were she not famous, the typical guy would pass without a second look - in fact, she’s young enough that such experiences were likely pretty recent. It’s basically an exposure effect - put someone in front of enough people and you hit some sort of attractiveness critical mass.
You never saw The Mask? She looks great in that, then Hollywood got ahold of her and she became a stick figure…
I’ve never seen a picture of Robert Pattinson where he didn’t look completely baked. Maybe they do it on purpose.
