When I was but a lad, I thought Scooby Doo’s Daphne was always a hottie. I’d still do her today. I also had a crush on Neptina, Marine Boy’s female compatriot. That attraction seems to have faded over time, however.

There are very few do-able male cartoon characters. He-Man was too blonde and muscle-bound, and he’s the only one I can think of that didn’t look like a complete dork.
So I’m going to go to the realm of animation and mention Squall from FF8. In fact, just about every male character in that entire game is yummy (except for Zell, because he’s short and wears culottes). Even my non-gamer friends have mentioned how good-looking the male characters are in that game.
