Trump blinked before. I see no reason he won’t again. He had funding for his wall but let it die, and then signed a bill that didn’t include funding.

And, finally, there are other Republicans that can feel the pressure if Trump doesn’t. We don’t need very many to override him. And once Trump sees that he could be overridden, he won’t have to be.

If Trump refuses to blink, the question becomes - who will be the first to blink. Republican or Democrat members of Congress?
