I got pitted once, but it was by an intelligent poster, so I don’t find any shame in it.
I was pitted once, I guess it was this spring sometime, but the general concensus seemed to be that it was a stupid pitting over a stupid issue by a stupid poster. I don’t think it even got any “yeah, she’s a bitch sometimes” posts. Does that count as a real pitting?

I don’t think I’ve ever been pitted, but then, I’ve got this “nice” schtick down pat. I try hard not to offend, and when I find out I’ve hurt or insulted anyone, I send off an email right away. So I can’t imagine why someone would pit me. I know I can be annoying sometimes, but I don’t think I’ve ever been annoying enough to merit pitting.

Never been pitted, but I’ve heard rumors that you need to post if you want to be pitted.This pretty much leaves me out.
Besides if anyone ever thought to pit me I’d just stick my fingers in my ears, close my eyes and dance around singing nay, nay, nay I can’t hear you! now how much fun would that be? I ask you.

To my knowledge, I’ve never been pitted. I could do a vanity search to find out for certain, but I really don’t care. I’m not interested in looking for something I never noticed in the first place, if it even happened at all.

my join date is 07/21/99. i am not sure if i qualify as an old timer. my low post count (1 post every 6.16 days) would indicate that i mostly lurk, so i probably have been way under the radar.

No Pitting for me- a coupla well-deserved butt-kickins in some discussions before I larnt me Doper rules, but no Pittings.
I think Polycarp was pitted, but it was by badchad, so it didn’t go well for the Pitter.

'99-er here. 3 posts a day, never pitted (by name anyway).
Liberal (neeLibertarian) sort of indirectly pitted me once, pitting my point of view on an issue without bringing up my name.
I was recently threatened with a pitting by The Gaspode, but none was forthcoming.
What must I do to get a real pitting?
