When two groups of aggressive demonstrators go up against each other, it does not mean that it is a mob. I’ve stated that the Bundys should be considered a tiny mob, if such a thing is possible.
Let’s be real here, they were going up against equally aggressive counter-demonstrators. They weren’t roaming around in bands assaulting passers-by and destroying property for the sake of destroying property. If they weren’t in a conflict there would be no assault, as demonstrated by the first night where they just walked around.
