On one side, I have Jitterbug Boy. A guest who joined on December 7th 2002, he asked a few questions and participated in one Cafe Society thread. His tenth and final post was on June 20th, 2003.
On the other, I have matt halo, bearing the enigmatic title “Registered User”. This mental health professional from Vancouver has a grand total of zero posts, sports the signature “who cares…?” and describes himself as a 26 year old misanthrope, which is eerily close to what I was in December of 2002.
Before is oldscratch, who made upwards of 4,000 posts but has been MIA for almost a year now.
After is Prof. Anthrax, who wasted a great username by lurking for only a month.

On the high side, Qixotica, one of our lurking brethren. Officially a “Guest”, Qixotica made 132 posts over the last 6 years, but has not started any threads. Last visit: 1/29/2006. There’s a wealth of info, compared to Novus: Qixotica is a Computer Tech from Salt Lake City who’s into gaming in a big way, including (shudder) LARP. Qixotica’s sig line?

To my left I have jagballer, who was somehow banned after one post. The post in question has disappeared without a trace. I sense mafia involvement. Or maybe the NSA is watching this board!
To my left is Key Lime Guy, who at nearly 8 times my post count in the same time period has me looking absolutely deadbeat.
We all joined this July, but spiritually my SMDB age is much older. I’ve lurked pretty consistently for upwards of 5 years and am trying hard to be a contributing member. I’m doing my best to keep up the neighborhood!

One before me is CReid0000 with 2 posts (last date 10-10-06) and one after me is SaxFace with 981 posts (last date 4-6-06).

There’s these two, Sayjin, number 19012 and dhacker, number 19014 who registered but never posted. Then there’s this guy in the middle, his number is 19013, who needs to get a life. Geez!

Looking backwards in time for a current poster, I came across bluecabbage who has the fascinating member status of “Complete Twit” with only 6 posts, all of which are unfortunately MIA.
The next active poster after me is drewcosten, who has 95 posts since October 2000, and was on the board today. A person of few words indeed.
