Ali Larter, c. 2000.
Matthew Knight. In a combined standard three/four class. I was 8, he was about 10. He had lovely feathered hair. Plus his name was similar to Michael Knight! How cool was that?
Then he got his hair cut and I didn’t love him any more.
Years later, I go to my university class and sit next to someone who looks awfully familiar. Try to nonchalantly nose around his stuff and sure enough, I spy a form with “Matthew Knight” in the name field. I was too shy to introduce myself!
Oh, and when? ALL THE TIME.
Micky Dolenz in the 60s
Harrison Ford as Han Solo - late 70s??
I don’t crush any more - I just appreciate the attractiveness of some men, even if they’re young enough to be my children…

This guy named Mike at my office, since my very first day at work there (he took my badge photo).
Another guy named Mike at my office, since early this year when he started supporting a proposal that I was coordinating.
You gotta thing for guys named Mike or what?
Ha! I was aware of the “two Mikes at work” thing, but hadn’t noticed the Michael J. Fox and Mike Nesmith pattern. Um…it’s a very common name?
The Boy Who could Fly. Can’t seem to link to an appropriate pic. Watch the movie. My young man fantasy of the perfect girlfriend.
Hope she is well and happy today, cause I’m still in love with her.
