Mike Lenehan was Cecil’s second editor, before Ed Zotti took over the duties that he’s performed for lo, these 28 years now – if he seems a bit touchy at times, dealing with Cecil on a personal basis for that long will probably do that to you!
There was a recent thread on what Mike’s up to these days, although I don’t recall what it was and don’t want to stress out the hamsters by searching for it.
Well Polycarp, you’re to blame. Your remark triggered a sudden obsession in me to find this thread. So I mercilessly whipped the hamsters to find it for me, to no avail. The posts going back for a year that contained ‘Mike Lenehan’ were no part of a thread such as you mentioned. No fair teasing us newbies with smatterings of possibly interesting threads.
