As far as I know, I’m free that day. I am on the more-than-slightly-broke side right now, though, so the where/what kind of matters.
Oh, and no, the other weekends in May are Right Out for me, because of Mother’s Day and vacation.
Right now all my May Saturdays are good.
Is this DF open to Tampa/St. Petersburg Dopers too? If so, I’d be interested, but not on May 10. I graduate that day. 
I’m going to be visiting my brother one of the weekends in May but I don’t know which one. So any weekend in May is as good as any other

My band is playing in the lobby lounge at the Ritz Carlton-Orlando Grande Lakes on Saturday, May 3. Maybe after the 'fest some of you’d like to some and see me? We play from 8-Midnight.
The food and drinks are a bit pricey but it doesn’t cost anything to sit and listen to the music. You’ll have to valet park but ask the server to validate your ticket.

I live on the outskirts of Kissimmee and gas prices are insane. I don’t know if I’m going to be able to pay rent without dipping into my student loans, and it takes at least an hour to get to any of the places I’ve seen Orlando Dopefests held at, regardless of traffic. Considering all of this, although I’d like to go, it’s not going to happen unless the Money Fairy[sup]TM[/sup] comes along and whacks me over the head with a bag full of cash.

Not really. In good traffic, that’s a 40 minute drive. In bad traffic, it’s over an hour. Besides, I’m not sure whether I’m going to have to work that weekend or not.
Best take “Metro” out of your location field, then.
