Who was conceived in what year?

Following on this thread, does anybody know the occasion of their conception? Out of curiosity I calculated once that I was probably a first anniversary present (though I can’t say intentional. )

I’m guessing it was Halloween. It would explain any number of things and it works with the math.

31st December

My born on date is August 21, so I’m guessing Santa slipped Mrs. Claus a little supmin’-sumpin’ that year.

Sometime in the end of May 1954. I just like to know WHO else was there with my mother

Ignore that math.

Probably the last days of '81, but no one is really sure. It could be the very beginning of '82, since I was born ten days past due, but my mother’s always been a little hazy about keeping track of such things…

I’m pretty sure I was a St. Valentine’s Day fuck, or right thereabouts, based not on my birth date but on my due date. VD - Feb 14, my due date, Nov 10. (My birth date was Nov 26, but I was more than two weeks late; no *way *was I being a Scorpio!)

My parents had been trying for several years to get pregnant due to my mother’s holey fallopian tubes though, so it might not have been precisely the wine and chocolates that did it.

Are you saying the TURKEY slipped your mom a little sumpin-sumpin? (I get a November conception date for you.)

The Conception calculator makes this easy, but you have to give or take a day to account for leap years - it will only go back to 2002.

C’Mon, think about it… the baster is sitting right there.

Handy. But kind of had an eyebrow-raising moment :dubious: at the aspiring Maury Povich guests depicted in the FAQs below the calculator.

I was conceived on Christmas Eve 1965. I know this may sound a bit creepy, but the reason I know is that my mom told me.

My mom apparently had no fertility problems. My sister was born approx 9 1/2 months after Mom & Dad married. They believed it was a good thing to space children 4 years apart and to have two of them. Also, the years 1942 - 1946 were not the best of times, with that war going on and all. I was born almost exactly 9 months after VJ day. (End of WWII, for the youngsters among you.)

Being the second kid and born in late February, I think my mom got a little more than she bargained for on Mother’s Day. Way to go dad!

Based on my birth date and my father’s love of classical music, the most plausible festive occasion of my conception is Beethoven’s birthday. Da-da-da-DUM!

Late October 1974, maybe Halloween.

Late September 1977. Smack dab in the middle of the Jewish high holidays, actually. Not significant to us at all, mind you, so we’ll chalk it up to mundane and pointless.

Well, once my error dawned on me, I suppose that’s what I was actually trying to avoid saying.

(Sorry, Dad! I tried!)

End of February too, but I was kinda leaning towards Memorial Day! :stuck_out_tongue:

I think my parents were celebrating making the deadline for completing their taxes… and now as a result my birthday is a federal holiday.
