Who would you like to see elected president in 2016?
Of that group, Hillary. Why only those three?
Odd choices for your poll. Hillary, of course. Cruz control is not an option.
Bernie Sanders.
Lizard people.
Bernie Sanders
Bernie Sanders or Elizabeth Warren. But given those choices, La Clinton is the only one I could choose.
Yes, would have liked to see Sanders in the poll.
I suspect this may have come up before, but we’ll try moving it to the Elections forum.
Bernie.
Bernie Sanders.
If I had to choose, Jeb Bush, but none of those three appeal to me.
If those are the options, I’m not voting. I’m leaning towards Bernie, but the election is 17 months away, so who knows?
Right now, Sanders.
Given the poll choices, Hillary. But I’m not a fan. She’s simply better (slightly) then any republican.
Explain that last option. Does it mean “as long as it’s not one of those three people, I’m happy”, or does it mean “the person I would consider ideal is not one of those three”? Because I can think of some candidates that are better than all three of those, and I can also think of some that are worse than all three.
All of them, just not to the presidency. For that Hillary.
Anyone besides all those screwballs listed above. So tired of Hillary Clinton, she is a known loser, lost to Barack Obama in the primaries. I know losers have gone on to win, but still. This woman is a has been who is riding on her husband’s last name. Democrats can do better, 2008 showed it. We don’t need old names like Hillary to win the 2016 elections. Just because she is a Clinton does not mean inherently she is a great campaigner or will be a good president.
Same with Republicans, they either have sorry excuses of human beings like Jindal, Huckabee, Trump or Cruz, or dimwits like Perry and all. Or another candidate who is riding on his last name, his sore loser father who lost reelection and only got elected because of Reagan’s legacy and a disaster of brother is the worst ape to hold office in modern times.
Pick George Pataki, he is intelligent, sane and moderate. He can hold his own and win the White House without making Republicans the laughing stock party of America.
Those listed in the poll suck.
Clinton, Sanders, and Webb are the only good options.
Ah yes, never mind that Clinton fought Obama to a near-draw in the primary (and by some measures won more raw votes than the Illinoisian) or that she served as a Senator and Secretary of State. I’m sure that Thomas Jefferson, Franklin D. Roosevelt, and Lyndon B. Johnson among others never deserved to be President since they were “known losers” as they had run for President previously but failed.:dubious:
Bernie Sanders.
Martin O’Malley, former governor of Maryland.
