Since there’s no good way to know, who would you nominate for ultimate SDMB threadkiller? (i.e., the person who ended up with the final word on the most amount of threads)
Since it hardly seems fair, we’ll eliminate any and all Moderators from the nomination field. They can end any thread they bloody well please.

This morning I had 3 on the last page of MPSIMS alone, all are off to never be heard from again. My last vanity search about 2 months ago showed 37 confirmed kills. This thread, R.I.P.

I’m rapidly approaching RotorHead’s stats with 20 confirmed kills to date.

A little research reveals that I’ve killed 24 out of the last 250 threads I posted in. Not too bad… except I killed 34 out of the previous 250, giving me a grand total of 58 kills out of the last 500 threads I posted to.
<sigh>

No, Sylkyn, I’ll save you. I haven’t looked to see how many threads I’ve killed. I don’t think there’s all that many, but if I start a thread, it never really seems to have much life to start with.
My typo-laten posts are guaranteed to stop a thread cold.
If my posting alone doesn’t kill this thread, the following will.

I have a feeling a Mod somewhere down the line will have to end this thread, because, I mean, if you kill this thread, people may never post after you again! Then you’ll be downgraded to permanent lurker status, because if you post, you’ll automatically kill the thread because the people will start whispering amongst themselves about the great thread murderer. That, or that person will never be able to kill another thread again, because people will remember and they will feel bad for them and make sure to post something.
