No board crushes. There is, however, this young woman who works at the nearby Barnes & Noble… yowza! Apparently, I have a thing for cute punk rock girls who work at bookstores. She’s the second crush I’ve had who falls into that very specific category.
I was gonna try to stay out of this thread, since in the past my crush list has been comprised of about half the female Dopers, but aside from the quiet longing from afar crush I’ve been harboring for Guinistasia, lately I’ve been developing a crush on KCSuze.
No board crushes right now since anthracite hasn’t made an appearance in a while.
But there’s no shortages of real life crushes who, sadly, I can’t throw the moves upon until I’m not married sometime soon.
Let’s see. There’s the breathtaking lesbian woman I take to dinner whenever I can, the elegant wealthy woman I have lunch with from time to time, the woman who’s half blind who cuts my hair, the stunning attorney who gives me personal advice, the dreamy therapist whose professional ethics put her on the off-limits list, and the captivating real estate agent (who’s happily married, unfortunately).
Boy, do I fall hard for women who are nice to me.

I’m here, and I post at least once a day, typically. But it’s hard to do so in GQ anymore, there’s no GD’s that can benefit from my input, and my Board keeps getting busier and busier and needs me. Plus, I’ve been very very ill a couple of times of late, and Fierra (who is always my crush) is going to hospital for major surgery soon, and this has caused a lot of stress for me.
Hmmm, I guess our paths haven’t crossed in a while. Hoping all goes well with Fierra, and hope you’re feeling better soon.
Now, make me feel all giggly inside and make my knees all rubbery by explaining to me how to find the Radius of Gyration for calculating slenderness ratios of structural columns. (Ooooh, yeah!)
