Guys, I am emotionally and intellectually exhausted. I can’t think of a single logical, level-headed thing to say that might have any impact, no matter how minute. Christ, now I remember why I hate the Pit so much.
This seemed like an appropriate place to put this note.
I’m stepping away for awhile. I don’t know how long. We’ll see. Eventually, I’ll return to the chat room, probably in a day or two. I’ll probably come here to lurk a bit by then, too, just to see how everything turned out. Maybe.
I know it’s silly to let myself get upset over an MB, but I really liked this place and now I’m feeling kinda betrayed. It’s just not as much fun here as it used to be.
I know that some will think of this as a protest. It’s not. I couldn’t give a shit whether I’m missed or not.

Majormd is gone. She will not post to this board anymore with the exception that she will continue to patrol the pit threads and correct any perceived misconceptions. Other than that, if any of you are willing to bet that she will be back prior to Melin being welcomed back, I will cover those bets at 10-1.
I would quit, except I have never been a big part of this board. I lurk and learn and occasionally something strikes me as needing my input. Since I have (I think) 150 posts in nearly a year, I don’t think y’all need me much. I will continue to lurk and watch and post occasionally when the mood strikes.

If you are so irritated over the thing that you feel you can’t post here anymore, please leave completely. Posting exclusively in the pit on one topic only is the surest way I know to destroy your credibility. This is probably one of the lamest things I heard here. Pathetic.

Er, I didn’t make things as clear as they should be. I didn’t mean that Sue was going to be a pit poster from now on, I meant she was going to watch the two pit threads that she has been participating in the last couple of days. When those threads die (and they should start dying quickly) then she will no longer participate on this board at all. And she will only post to those threads if she thinks something has been misrepresented.
