I like my glasses because they allow me to see. And set off my eyes all nice and crap. I like guys who wear glasses because they’ll understand why I occasionally walk into walls without intending to, or why I sometimes freak out when the alarm goes off at 7 AM and I think it’s 1 PM.

I get so much more attention with glasses on. I think it’s a niche thing? I don’t know. Maybe because I wear such heavy black frames it covers up all of the ugly.

I really don’t know, but I can add to the discussion that my first serious high school relationship was with a girl who wore contacts. I had never seen her wear glasses, ever. About four months into our relationship she comes to school one day wearing glasses because her eyes were bothering her or something.
She practically knocked me over that day. Oh. My. God. She was 100x hotter with the glasses.
But unfortunately, she either didn’t believe me when I told her how hot she looked or she just felt ugly or comfortable with them on because the next day her contacts were back in and I never saw her wear her glasses again. Sad for me…
