My ex-wife and I used to both sneeze right after, and sometimes in the later stages of, sex. It’s not uncommon at all, as I’ve known a couple of other women who did. I probably still do, but I don’t remember.
Anyway, we asked the baby doctor about it and he said it might be from tiny cappilaries bursting in the nose. Could be, because I’d sometimes see tiny amounts of dilute blood when I’d blow my nose. Afterward.

Out of curiosity, why did you ask the “baby” doctor about your orgasmic response? I have a feeling I’m missing something obvious (I have no children [that I’m aware of], yet).

Is a baby doctor something similar to an OBGYN?

To start with, my youngest is 31. So whatever specialty he was at the time is probably different by now. He was the doctor women go to before the baby is born. I guess the baby doctor comes into the picture after the birth. My oops.
Anyway, my wife and I were discussing sexual activity in the late stages of pregnancy with him, and somehow the “sneezing” subject came up. It was no mystery to him. He was a cool old guy who had been in the business for a long time. He advised that we keep it up as long as we were both into it.
Did I mention that he was a cool old guy?
