Why do video problems NEVER include the commercial?

That’s all I wanna know. I get video fails all the time (largely because I’m on Safari) but it NEVER EVER EVER affects the commercial. EVER.

If the commercial works, why can’t the video?

GRRR.

Sometimes they do. I have had plenty of ads on Hulu fail to play, while the video itself works fine. I use Safari (on OS X) as well.

+1, except I use Firefox on 32-bit Vista.

I use Safari and rarely have video failures. Often the ads are choppy, but since I turn the sound off, I’m not bothered.

Maybe it’s your cable provider.
