In which case you won’t have any trouble showing a few examples of other videos you feel are similar. I’d love to see them. I can’t recall seeing anything like this.

I have no doubt there will be plenty of stupid videos and plenty of incidents of kids used as props, maybe even puppets. But I doubt we’ll see many (any?) as crass as this is both language and abusive of children. Yes, I think having kids do things like this is abusive.
The video is obscene, stupid, and nasty. Donald Trump is also obscene, stupid, and nasty. Why sink to his level? Why encourage kids to sink to his level? We should all remain above his level and also raise our children that way.
Not the first time small children have been exploited for such a pathetic publicity stunt either:
I think that saying that 6-year-olds know profanity is not always true and misses the point. Kids that age don’t talk about political candidates or recite phony statistics about gender inequality unless adults make them do it. Children deserve better than to be exploited for this sort of vulgar idiocy.
That’s fucked up on many levels. And I condemn it, as well. But at least there is purpose to the use of “fuck”. It’s central to the idea. Still, fuck their parents for letting/encouraging them to do that.
Only a complete fucking idiot would think the language in this video will affect Mr. Trump’s chances in any way whatsoever. Few people will see it, fewer still will give a shit, and whatever outrage will be generated along the way won’t change anyone’s view of Mr. Trump in any meaningful way.
I could not help but chortle when reading the OP, for its Helen Lovejoy-esque 1990s suburbanite hausfrau moralism was far more fitting for supporters of a low energy loser Koch cuck candidates like Jib Jeb Bush and Yawn Kasich then TRUMP. Do you really think a Nietschzean Overman like TRUMP is going to get triggered by some mestizo pre-pubescents using a few four-letter words? Likewise, the last thing TRUMP needs is some faux-outraged/triggered bourgeoisie cuckservatives hijacking his campaign anymore than Bernie Sanders needs neon-coloured transkin womyn Tumblrinas hijacking his campaign.
Fair enough, and good for you. But I have to ask: what were you thinking? It seems obvious to me that it’s unfair to attribute a single video to an entire culture. Not a huge deal, but maybe this is one those iiandyiiii-trademarked opportunities to improve yourself.
Hey, I’m law abiding with good morals, and I don’t find anything remotely inappropriate about that video! Little kids swearing is hilarious and harmless fun. And Trump really is a pendejo.
I don’t see the problem.
I don’t know what to make of the commercial. Trump is under attack from pro-illegal immigration groups. He hasn’t said anything negative about legal immigrants. If you listen to him he’s actually a pro-amnesty guy. But he has pissed off the political representatives of the Hispanic community (whether that representation is wanted or not). It really doesn’t matter because even Marco Rubio is not getting strong support from Hispanics because he is a Republican. The best the GOP can do with any candidate is reduce the Hispanic turnout for the Democratic candidate.
Some angry people made an angry video. I’m okay with it. I don’t think anyone will be *more *likely to vote for Trump as a result, even if they were offended by this.
I think what you’re getting at is that this ad, which you think shows a lack of class by the Hispanic group that produced it, will increase anti-immigrant sentiment and therefore fuel support for Trump. Don’t you think Trump has the racist vote already locked up? Are there really some Republican voters out there who are thinking “I was on the fence about the immigrant bashing, but after seeing this offensive ad, I think Trump is on to something here.”
Why “The wonderful Christian culture.”? Aren’t Latinos Christian? Maybe you meant Protestant?
That isn’t the point although I might add there are lots of Latino Protestants these days.
Are you having a stroke?
I can’t watch the video right now, but are these kids who supposedly represent “Hispanic culture” actually speaking Spanish or English?
If they’re speaking English and it seems to be their preferred language then it seems pretty silly to say they’re representative of “Hispanic culture”.
Actually something like 30% of all American Latinos are Protestant. For a number of reasons, the Pentacostals have been quite successful in recruiting.
I only watched the first part of it, but they were speaking English. However, a lot of 2nd and 3rd generation hispanics in the US don’t speak much or any Spanish…my own kids don’t speak a word of Spanish nor have an accent.
Whether they were speaking Spanish, English or whatever, they certainly weren’t representative of any ‘wonderful Hispanic culture’, and I still don’t have any idea where the OP pulled that out of…but wherever it was pulled out of, it smells, so I have my suspicions.
I don’t want my kids learning language from Trump either, so there’s that.
Again, so fucking what?
Your words from the OP, so lets forget about the fucking kids.
It will have no effect at all. That was the only question you had in the OP.
This is just dumb & stupid.
Last time: “So FUCKING what?” Anybody can claim to speak for all [fill in the blank], doesn’t mean shit.
:mad::mad::smack:
I think my meds need adjusting.
The title “The wonderful Hispanic culture…” explains a great deal of the OP’s sensitivities about ouchy nouns.
it is interesting…
It’s not about how the goofy left-right axis it’s an indicator on the trashy-classy axis.
