I wish Equipoise’s Happy Rhodes website is highlighted in numerous high traffic websites and blogs so that others can get to enjoy the music that she loves.
Mine’s already here, so I’ll just say that I wish Quasi were Alzheimer’s free. Now.
I wish faithfool happiness, peace of mind and all the horror movies she can watch.

I wish for Quasimodem that they find the cure soon.
I’ve been busy and haven’t had much free time but I did catch the Flesh and Blood Show and Spider Baby (awesome!!! I don’t think I’ve seen a movie that campy since Beyond the Valley of the Dolls) and Shallow Ground (the first 2 minutes of that rocked and then it went horribly wrong)
If you have any other recs. please send them my way.
Btw, don’t know if you were thinking of buying/renting Let the Right One In but the disc is terrible. English dubbing is awful and the dialogue in some of the English subtitles has been changed and not for the better.
If you haven’t seen it, I wouldn’t let it deter you from renting it. It’s still a great movie. I just wouldn’t buy it on the hopes that the producers might come to their senses and release a disc with the original English translation on it.
I wish that every Doper just once had a really good idea for a thread.

Every now and again I stop by to see what’s happening (Hi, Roj!), but I’m not interested in becoming part of the scene any more. Things have changed, both here and irl.
We had some great thread times, tho, didn’t we? Here’s to all the Best Dopers, past and present.

This is a zombie thread, but I was searching for something I wrote about HTR and this popped up! I’m sorry I didn’t see it at the time.
That’s one of the sweetest things anyone’s ever said to or about me on the Dope! Better is the fact that it’s really not about me, ultimately, but about her music. I’ve often wished that myself. Not to benefit me, not even to benefit her, but to benefit those people out there who are fans, but just don’t know it yet because they haven’t had a chance to hear her.
I run several web sites and domains for her, but this is the place anyone should start. Anyone who likes the variety of songs on the player would probably like just about everything.
In return, my wish for you is that more people would discover Sarah Fimm, because she really is wonderful. And I’m not just saying that because she likes Happy herself and has her on her front page. (she also sent me…me personally, a Friend request on Facebook, which knocked me over. You don’t run her Facebook page, do you? :D)
Hah. No. I am just a fan and have no special relationship to her, though I’ve spoken to her by email and IM a couple times.
I am jealous she broached contact with you on Facebook, by the way. I am both her friend and a follower of her fan page, but I contacted her first.
