Heh. I thought it was up for sale about nine years ago or so; I wonder if that buyer found he’d purchased a farmhouse by mistake?
Things to look for: a nailhole in the front door; signs that a window by the door had been broken and replaced; an ancient wood-burning oven; signs of damage to the plaster ceiling in one of the bedrooms [although that was probably simulated by a combination blank cartridge and contrived plaster/dust drop]…
For sure, though, any buyer’s first meal in the place should be chicken… roast whole chicken, with most of the feathers plucked.
