Ask yourselves, does not fighting fire with fire only scortch the more ground?

I have said many times, but cannot express enough, to repay death for death, can only bring more death!

This is not new prophesy or new comands or new anything… this has been with since the apostles 1st wrote the gospel, and since solomon 1st wrote proverbs, and even since god had created the earth.

The vengfulness will only create destruction.

The fact is that the only way to stop an evil act is to give a good one.

If someone is going to murder you, but you get to them 1st… has not murder been comited… it matters not who or when…

You ask yourselves “How will such things be stopped? How will we teach others not to murder?”

If you retaliate with force, what do the children learn about forgiveness?

If this was a land of perfect justuce, who here has gotten off with a warning for a speeding ticket? How many have every driven through a stop sign? Who here has stolen even in a joking way?

We have all sinned and non of us are cleaner than the ones who killed 11,000 in 2 hours!

You are all doomed to hell! Say hello to Bin Laden for me!

But I am not here to condem you! I am here to spread news of forgiveness… and that’s what you are here for also.

Extend the Gospel to all you see! Leave noone out! Do not exclude athiest, or muslim, or jew, or nazi, or KKK member!

The good news is that all sins can be forgiven if you take on Jesus in baptism…

Yes even kiling 11,000 in 2 hours is forgivable… but tell me you have not commited 11,000 seperate sins every day of your life! I have, and everyone else here has also!

So am I preaching? Or taking the nessisary actions?

To give someone eternal life is better than puling 1 million people to safety… or giving 1 million pints of blood… or giving 1 million the medical attention they need!

Thank you for using this tragedy as an excuse to push your agenda. Thank you for equating each of us with terrorists and mass murders. You come across as insensitive and opportunistic, and I would highly doubt that this will have anything but the opposite of its desired effect.

Want to witness? Give blood when it is needed. Give money to the Red Cross and other organizations attempting to help people. Try to brighten the days of the people you encounter (HINT: hellfire and damnation do not work for this). If you must involve your religion, say nothing more than “Jesus loves you.” I recall the words of St. Francis of Assissi:

if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land.

Now this says “MY PEOPLE” (not everyone, God’s People), since you are preaching I will assume you consider yourself a person of God. Therefore you should be humbling yourself (instead of pointing fingers at others) , seeking Gods face (instead of spewing this stuff here) and praying (instead of judging).

You are not doing the cause of Christianity any good this way. You are only making sure more people resent Christians than do. You want to bring a message ? Bring one of peace and unity instead of judgement.

Oh and gospel means Good News !

I think I sin less than once every 7.85 seconds on average. For one thing, I sleep about a third of the day, so I would have to sin once every 5.24 seconds of every waking hour to make up for that. Hell, I barely breathe that often.

And do try to pay attention to forum descriptions before witnessing here.

Let’s extend this fantasy to the point where the hijacker converts to Christianity and “becomes saved.”

By your standards, this would mean that God has forgiven this person, simply because he accepted Jesus Christ as his savior.

Ugh. Doesn’t sound like a God I’d want to waste my time worshipping. According to this line of logic, it sounds like there is no way to ever hold someone accountable for their actions.

Speak for yourself on this one. I’ve got my sin meters working overtime while I’m in REM. Sometimes it gets so slippery, I slide right out of bed in the middle of the night.
