Words for sh*t

Ever since hearing the story about Inuit having many words for snow, I was sure that English had more words for shit.
Here is a list compiled so far myself, please add any that I have missed

Horticultural / Animal

manure
ordure
spoor
dung
guano
dropping
patty ( cow )
pat ( cow )
cake ( cow )
muck ( cow )

movement
BM
dump
drop kids off at the pool
pinch a loaf

Well in the “Childish” category youve forgotten “poopie”…And thats all I can think of. Nice list though.

scat
poop

Thanks, that adds
movement
dump
poopie
scat
poop

(I don’t think composite phraises like number 2 or pinch a loaf, should be included)

35 and running

growing a tail…
growler…
Baby Ruth…
bombing run…
launching torpedoes…

40

Ohhhh! Dysentery!

When my nephew was a baby, the predominant term was “poo-tinky”.

lol-why does the word ‘movement’ crack me up?

cats make tootsie rolls.

Sorry Rex can only take “growler” the others are phraises.
Can Dysentery be used to discribe the evacuated substance? or is it only the name of the disease?
“poo-tinky” is another fine childish form.
37 or 38
Depending on Dysentery. Dictionary.com seems to say Dysentery is the disease and not the excretia caused by the disease, unlike diarrhea which can mean both.

For a discussion of Yup’ik lexemes for snow, see: http://www.ecst.csuchico.edu/~atman/Misc/eskimo-snow-words.html

another animal term-
pellets!

(cow) plop

nuggets

(Hawaiian)
ku-kai

dysentery

That’s what I looked at to check spelling. I assumed it meant the excrement, as in, “Hey! Who stepped in the dysentery and tracked it all over tha place!”

So now we have
pellets
plop
nuggets
and dysentery is confirmed.

41 so far

Sorry Roadwalker can’t take ku-kai for my list as this is how many English words for shit are there? Unless you claim that it has entered the English language in Hawaii, do English only speakers in Hawaii use the term ku-kai?

I’d like to ditch
patty and cake, as they don’t stand up as single words to being understood to mean dung.
Pat, plop, and muck I think can stand on their own merits.
Does anyone know if worm casts are really worm excreta, or if they are just displaced earth that hasn’t traveled through the worm?

Any people into Anal sex have terms for shit, as I suspect it may turn up in awkward places during a heavy session, and is likely to attract euphemisms?

Scat.

A case of the “trots” As in

“Where did Joe go in such a hurry?”
“Bathroom…He’s got a case of the trots.”

Defecate? Fudge? Log?
