I went out to dinner to wish good-bye to my fiancee’s sister, and eat way too much. So I guess that was productive.
The trash is out, the dishes are done, checkbook’s up to date - that’s on the homefront. Work is not so much SDMB playtime for me, but sometimes… not yesterday.
I just got back from vacation Sunday night, sleepwalked through work on Monday, gave it up and didn’t come in on Tuesday. So I can’t say I was more productive during the Great Downtime of 2000. But I sure checked a lot of times to see if it was back up.

I have a slightly different vantage point. I have a system that I learned from my mother – I do some “work”, then as a “reward” I allow myself to peruse the SDMB, possibly even post(?!!) Without my source of motivation, I accomplished very little over the last couple of days.
Please don’t tell anyone that I am a dope addict!!!
I thought I wasn’t being more productive, but I can’t say I’ve gotten much done since the board came back.
Except when my boss comes by.
