Windows 7x64 actually.
I just posted a giant thread in the Tech Support forums, I don’t expect much. I may email tech support if I don’t get anything, but I’ve already tried everything they have posted on their forums and everything a cursory Google search reveals so I don’t imagine they have much to add other than “we’ll look into it.”
Weird, apparently my computer, on OS reinstall, changed preferred IP on me. Now, my latency read fine, under 20ms, so I didn’t think of that as the problem, but once I realized bullet-time-esque catchup issue might actually be LAG I checked my ports, changed my forwarding and BOOM, you know that macro that sets everything above what the sliders will tolerate? Yeah, with that on I have over 50 FPS.
