When you see something like this you think “Hey, that would go perfect in a thread I saw. I hope no one else has posted it yet!”
When you’re actually willing to sit and wait for threads to load during peak hours.
When you find a dead insect in the cap of a pen and ask yourself whether to start an MPSIMS thread about it.
Once when I was writing something on a piece of paper, I tried to click the save button.
When every time a celebrity dies you wonder if Fred Phelps will be at the funeral.
When you laugh at jokes about 1920’s style death rays.
When you can nod and agree enthusiastically to everything posted here thus far.
You average around 5 hours of sleep per night.
When you start to look at your world with new eyes and question absolutely everything.
What she said.
What she said.
What she said.
5 hours? I wish!
Welcome back, spogga!
Hi, Opal!
What y’all said.
And, when you wonder if making wolfstu’s list is really a good thing.
When you see you’re #57 in wolfstu’s list, you think of that column about Heinz’s 57 varieties and the Illuminati.
Ta-daa - you start a new page just for the heck of it.
Right you are, but YOU were on the list, and…
ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ
very late in Dallas
Wow, I made wolfstu’s list. I’m not sure if I should be happy or worried…
I guess I’ll just think about it some more while browsing the forums.
You give your threads a bump or two before you let them die a lonely death.
You post a 1920’s style “Death Ray” comment in every post you can.
And you start using it in real life.
You find yourself asking who Cthulhu is.
Honest I really don’t know.
You see a thread titled “You know you’re hooked on Dope when…” and your first thought is, “Oh, boy, here’s another one of these.”
And then you read it and post to it anyway.
What jackelope said, except substitute “a thread on the origin of your username.”
Yes, I’ve posted the origins of my username in at least five or six separate threads around here since I registered. I even have the story of its origin in my blog.

It’s all about the disco beat.
(reference for those of us who remember the '70s)
Your feelings are hurt when someone points out your thread is an old subject.
