most favorite cheap eat
This really cheap Chinese place down the street that delivers, and has huge portions. It tastes pretty much the same as your average Chinese delivery/carry-out, but they manage to have about 80% of the prices of other places, and 120% of the portions, so we eat it for 3 or 4 days for $35.
Your favorite year of college.
Senior, when I graduated with highest honors in zoology.
Fave college class?
“Deaf Culture in America,” taught by my favorite college professor, Dr. Barbara Kannapell.
Your favorite professor.
English 101 Professor McKelvin - he was a true southern gentleman who could make you look 2 inches tall with a snide comment, but could provoke you to do your best. His very first day he said “Drop/Add is just down the hall.” He had a pretty twisted sense of humor. When we studied Hamlet, he said upon finding out her father was killed by the title character, Ophelia felt the same as when a young child is told by their mother “Come touch the hot stove, dearie!” I credit him for making me become a heavy reader.
Most favorite name of a sports team
William Peacock, taught Inuktitut at Memorial University of Newfoundland. Most of my favorite professors taught foreign languages.

Favorite doughnut counter choice.
A cruller and coffee. They go well together.
Favorite Dustin Hoffman movie?
Is there one where he dies? Oh, wait-- All the President’s Men managed to be great despite the presence of Hoffman-- or maybe because Bernstein was in real life a disgusting lech (disgusting people can still do great things), and it bubbles just under the surface of Hoffman’s portrayal.
