You're an idiot, peewee_RotA

Gee, I wonder if peewee survived the opening prayer (or a prayer shortly after the opening) of the memorial service at the National Cathedral in Washington, DC today? After all, the Dean (IIRC) was praying out loud to “the God of Abraham, Moses, Muhammed, and the Father of Jesus Christ.”

Bet ol’ peewee doesn’t even think that Christian priest is a real Christain either!

Oh, yeah. The imam who said the next prayer at the very same service read something from the Quran regarding people who revel in the murder of innocents.

Yo, Andros! Did you and the Imam get together on his speech last night?

I said it over in the Pat & Jerry thread, I’ll say it here, too:

Mat 7:15-23

Loosly translated, it says: Just because you’re running about claiming to do the Lord’s work, doesn’t mean that you are. If you’re using the Lord’s name as a pretext for un-Godly behaviour, you’re Satan-bait.

Mr. peewee better go back and re-read the Book, 'cause his shirt tails are starting to smoke…

Ah, heck; Tranq. You don’t really thank PW’s really even READ the thing, do you? From the (complete lack of) caliber of his/her/its/whatever’s spelling and grammar in the posts I’ve seen so far, I’m willing to bet real money PW is yet another illiterate literalist fornographer. I continue to be amazed at how those who can’t read worship a book.

Point.

What a shitbrick.

(Thank you Stiffler for that fabulous word.)

He’s baaaack

I saw your post there when I previewed my response, Arden.

Not only is he tactless, he’s dumb as a bag of hammers, too.

Yet another one in MPSIMS.

Make that two bags of hammers.

And towards the end of his gibberring post, he offers up this gem:

Here, take this RSVP and shove it up your ass, where your head apparently already is.

I agree. An intellect rivaled only by garden tools.

In the Good Old Days[sup]TM[/sup], when beasties roamed the earth being stupid would have gotten you eaten.

Later on, being stupid would have gotten you beaten.

Now it just gets you flamed.

I sadly fear that having the stupid still among us actually argues against evolution. Sigh.

peewee, my man, Hallalujah! Thank you for enlightening me. You have saved us all.

Your work here is done, you can now go elsewhere to continue to fight the good fight.

Go on. Go elsewhere. Anywhere elsewhere will do, the sooner the better.

From the fornographer’s profile on this message board:

“Difference of” and “wisdeom?”

How many points do I get to score for myself? I know how to spell “wisdom” and I also know the expression is “difference between.”

Further, I know that the Bible declares bearing false witness a sin.

And also, I know that the Bible tells you not call people raka. I think it’s okay to equate the fornographer’s use of “barbarians” with the Bible’s use of raka in this instance.

Yo, fornographer of the Day! Exactly when did God speak directly to you? What’s that? “Never,” you say? Fascinating. I believe there’s also something in the Good Book about false prophets, too.

Amen, Brother Crunchy! Testify!!

peewee_RotA: On behalf of the Secular Humanist World Conspiracy, and of atheists, infidels, and godless heathens everywhere, congratulations! Well done!

Big thanks to Jerry Falwell and Pat Robertson, too! Ditto Fred Phelps. We are also eagerly awaiting Jack Chick’s next tract.

(Geez, you guys, there are threads about these assorted idiots everywhere. Even Billy Graham’s son is getting in on the act a little bit. I can barely keep up. I don’t want to post to all of them.)

Anyhow, thanks, guys. Somewhere, someone who “doesn’t go to church much” just crossed the line into “agnostic”. Someone who would call themselves an “atheist” in private to their closest friends just became a letter-to-the-editor-writing out-of-the-closet in-your-face infidel. Someone who’d let their membership lapse just sent in a donation to the Freedom From Religion Foundation or the Council for Secular Humanism. A fundamentalist Christian just became a moderate Christian, a moderate Christian became a liberal Christian, a liberal Christian became a Unitarian. Somewhere, a thoughtful, live-and-let-live person who just wasn’t very religious is now wondering if this whole “Christianity” thing isn’t flat out morally bankrupt.

The good part about that joke is whom he was talking to at the time.

Don’t worry too much about peewee, guys. Let’s just say we’re evaluating his posting privileges.

Doesn’t look like it’s gonna be a 3 hour meeting, though.

Between this and your quoting Leonard Cohen elsewhere today, I’m becoming very fond of you, andros.

If you send me the complete text, I’ll send you the $19.95. (TwistofFate says it doesn’t exist but he’s just some miserable heretic, right?)

Okay. Now I have this totally bizarre picture in my head of the entire SDMB staff stuck on an island somewhere with Gilligan.

::shudder::

I had not considered the possiblity of that old nutfudge coming up with a tract to mark the occasion.

Now I’ll bet money that he will.

Bet the bastard is already at work at it.

You are the ones with flared tempers, and you are the ones with curses to my name.

I clearly said that all people have sinned… We are all doomed to hell.

If you don’t belive that, fine, you can find out when ever you meet God.

But I’m trying to stop world war 3!

Did you know that Arab Americans are being persecuted?

How many of you want to go dig out a number of the dead so far?

Not one of those deaths will be remembered… not will make the news!

It takes somewhere around 10 nuclear missles to destroy the ENTIRE earth… don’t belive me? wait until it happens!

Would you destroy 6 billion people including yourselves to avenge the death of 11,000?

you call me stupid? you curse my name? You hypocrites! If anyone of you denies that you have sinned, there ain’t any hope of salvation until you can accept that you have sinned!
Rom 5:12-21
through one man, and death through sin, and in this way death came to all men, because all sinned–
13 for before the law was given, sin was in the world. But sin is not taken into account when there is no law.
14 Nevertheless, death reigned from the time of Adam to the time of Moses, even over those who did not sin by breaking a command, as did Adam, who was a pattern of the one to come.
15 But the gift is not like the trespass. For if the many died by the trespass of the one man, how much more did God’s grace and the gift that came by the grace of the one man, Jesus Christ, overflow to the many!
16 Again, the gift of God is not like the result of the one man’s sin: The judgment followed one sin and brought condemnation, but the gift followed many trespasses and brought justification.
17 For if, by the trespass of the one man, death reigned through that one man, how much more will those who receive God’s abundant provision of grace and of the gift of righteousness reign in life through the one man, Jesus Christ.
18 Consequently, just as the result of one trespass was condemnation for all men, so also the result of one act of righteousness was justification that brings life for all men.
19 For just as through the disobedience of the one man the many were made sinners, so also through the obedience of the one man the many will be made righteous.
20 The law was added so that the trespass might increase. But where sin increased, grace increased all the more,
21 so that, just as sin reigned in death, so also grace might reign through righteousness to bring eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

there is no more to say!
