I had that the other day - it was a Green Day song someone linked here on the board. Other versions existed on YouTube, but I just couldn’t watch that particular one.
I just checked the options on one of my own videos and although there are ways to tag them geographically, there doesn’t seem to be any explicit way to set audience boundaries, so it looks like something YouTube does itself (perhaps under the instruction of the copyright holder), rather than something dictated by the person who uploaded the video.
Is that the only link you have, blinkingblinking? All I get from it is the YouTube home page.
