Zimmerman makes the news again.

He’s such a horrible person. He didn’t even stick around for the news conference and thank yous. :stuck_out_tongue:

Bit by bit the man’s true character is emerging in spite of the year long hate campaign. I am amazed he’s still in Florida. I thought he’d be out of the state by now.

This just in, George Zimmerman still shot a kid to death.

He’s in the Pit.

He’s already back to patrolling the same area? Freaky.

Truly a tale of redemption befitting our modern attention spans.

Just saying…

It took a lot of integrity to stop and help given the hate and nationwide demonstrations that are going on.

I’m not sure that I would have stopped. He’s a better man then me.

Attention spans? You are aware that the biggest nationwide demonstrations were just this past weekend? Like 24 hours ago? The President spoke about it Friday. Just three days ago?

The country hasn’t remotely moved past this story. It’s just keeps getting hotter.

Who is this Zimmerman guy, anyway? Is he the guy with the deli in Ann Arbor?

Integrity, my big fat ass. Not stopping to at least make sure there was help on the way would make him an even worse person than his most vocal detractors make him out to be.

Damn good thing none of the people he helped out of that vehicle had serious neck injuries. He could have wound up adding to his kill list.

Not necessarily. One could make the argument that, having been acquitted based on character/believability issues, that he would be even MORE sensitive to public image.

Not saying that’s the case here, of course, but I don’t think there’s just one possible interpretation.

Really? I think most people would have stopped.

I’m not sure I wouldn’t have gotten myself out of that SUV right quick and ran like hell if I saw George Zimmerman coming at me. I’m white, so I probably would have been okay, but still, why take chances?

People drive by accidents every single day. Heck they zoom by accidents on the freeway. It’s rare that anyone stops. People do call 911 on the cell phone and just keep driving.

I’m getting cynical in my old age.

Only if the family was black.

I don’t know if I would have, seeing as there have been lots and lots of death threats against me and my family, if I were him. Supposing he’d been recognized by the wrong person, not only would he be in danger, but possibly the family in the wreck and the other helper guy.

We appear to be in violent agreement.

No, I’m pretty sure he’s the Men’s Wearhouse guy who got fired or something.

If only Zimmerman stayed in his truck instead of getting out…

NBC has an update. The crash was even worse than initially reported.

I would stop for a burning vehicle. No matter how much I was hated.

Watching the Zimmerman haters scramble to find ways to further demonize him leaves me tickled.

The cognitive dissonance they must experience from the media’s hit job against him and the emerging truth that he’s a normal, innocent guy must be maddening.
