For those keen on history, this game has been running every thursday night since early February of 2005. We’ve jumped from site to site and survived despite the new legislation, though attendance has dropped from 11 or 12 to 6 or 7. We’re always looking for new members, and we’d like to extend a special invitation to all former players to come back to the fold. To Capn Pitt, Yeti, Aholi, Nesta, our little sailor Root, XRay, and all the others: we miss you. Come home.

We are currently playing on the Microgaming sites. Most of us are at Crazy Poker, but you should be able to get in the game from any of the sites listed here, depending on where you live. (Hint: you may have to borrow someone else’s address to successfully sign up. I used an old Texas address when my current one was blacklisted.) Plus, we have proven to be devilishly creative with regard to funding players who have trouble in that regard. And, for our Mac brethren, a Flash player is available.
By the way, despite the hand-wringing over the RepubliPuritan efforts to stamp out the perceived evil that is online poker, it is alive and well. Most of us have had to make minor alterations in how we fund and play, but the games go on for U.S. players, baby.
So what’s the deal with the rest of you poker-playing Dopers? Why aren’t you joining us for rude, grim and unspeakably horrid behaviour every Thursday night, for the low, low, cost of a mere $1.05?
I’m taking next week off and going to visit family. So there’s an outside chance, if nothing is going on Thursday night, that I can commandeer a computer and make it to the game. Don’t count on me though.
And which of the 4,876,938.4 Microgaming sites holds this magic flash player? If you can help me find it, I’ll be glad to play, tho some Thursdays I may not be home in time.

Dayum. I think we got us an edumacated person that wants to join our little game. Well, you are welcome to join us, but don’t expect much in the way of quality play.
The game might be up. I tried to create it last night, but it didn’t apppear in the lobby right away. After ten minutes, I gave up and went to bed. Can someone check to see if it’s there, and if not, then please create it?
