Why are so many people into having sex using their mouth and rear which spreads lots of germs IMO? 2. Mainly because how can you tell who has been where before you are infected? Such as, when a friend told me of their involvements. I asked how can you get involved knowing if this is happening with you, it’s happening with others? That means both of you could be spreading germs to your kid, family and friends.

And if “spreading germs” was people’s top concern they wouldn’t have sex at all, and would cut back physical interactions of all types drastically. People go to parties and sports events and concerts and so on where they are going to be surrounded of crowds of potentially infectious people, they go to work in person instead of telecommuting, they drive in the same car with other people and live in the same house as other people; we do all sorts of things that put us at risk of infection.
And the lack of protection is popular because it feels better. As said in another thread, for a lot of men (and some women) sex is so much worse with a condom that it’s not worth the effort, and in some cases the men can’t function sexually with one in the first place.

If you don’t use at least your mouth during sex…well, that’s pretty boring.
Yes, oral sex is a real disease risk, in that it brings a nasty, poorly-sanitised, bacteria-laden and potentially infectious part of the human body in contact with someone’s genitals.
