"24" Season 2, Episode 25: 8:00am - 9:00am

So I can’t believe the president ended up in the hospital right next to Lynn. I wonder if either of them will wake up soon.

Although they took Jack to the same hospital, so maybe it’ll get taken over and Jack will have to save the day again a la Die Hard.

Prescott looks a little TOO happy to be President again. I wouldn’t be surprised to see him on the phone with rich boat guy next episode.

And from the next week previews:

Looks like Nina is back. She’ll probably go after Jack in the hospital, although I thought I saw her talking to the assassin girl.

So did anyone else stare at a blank TV screen from 9-10 last night and pretend they were watching 24, or is it just me? I don’t know what to do with myself. I MISS 24, it’s pathetic.

Dang it! Why’d I look at the spoilers for next week? Now I’m imagining a Mandy/Nina love hookup, where they compare battle scars and kiss 'em better.

Actually, now that 24 is over, I can start watching Smallville reruns and get caught up with its second season.

What a great idea for a thread. I hope KneadToKnow stays out until later.

When Mike strapped that gun on and vowed to go after the assasin himself, my jaw dropped to the floor. Maybe he’ll redeem himself.

And how in the world did Kin manage to find a patch of quicksand in the middle of downtown L. A.?

Who jumped six feet in the air when Abusive Dad showed up? I thought Kim nailed him, but I guess she’s a better runner than a shooter. :D.

Oh, and what’s up with Kate making the moonie eyes over Jack. Really…shouldn’t she be with her dad, explaining to arriving guests why the wedding’s been cancelled?

Very good, Trion!!

I was surprised when one-legged boyfriend was transferred to the same hospital and once Jack found out he’d been messing with Kim, he cut off his other leg. Twice. That was a great “Jack moment”.

And how in the world did Sherry make a few phone calls and suddenly get herself appointed to a cabinet position? That was just ridiculous.

I think Rich Boat Guy is behind the whole Nina escape thing. OOps, sorry about not using a spoiler tag for episode 26!

But my all time favorite scene was when Michele finally just took a gun out of her handbag and shot bitchy computer lady point blank. Good thing Palmer gave her an advance pardon for that!

I thought for sure that Kate was going to invite Michele and Tony over to use her place for their wedding. After all, it’s all set up and there’s no bride or groom? Why let all those arrangements go to waste?

Not me!! I started watching Season 1 from the beginning last night because I haven’t seen it yet.
Thank God for Netflix! :smiley:

On reflex, I turned on Fox only to find that Rob Schneider-as-a-giggalo movie. I had to take a shower to clear the ookies.

::shudder::

I’m just wondering how Mountain Man managed to track Kim down so quickly. Will he save her from the quicksand, and then take her back to his survivor hidey-hole?

I don’t know what to do with my Tuesday nights anymore. Maybe I’ll run that Neverwinter game…

I really thought the nude scene when Tony surprised Michelle in the shower after taking the rest of the day off to spend with his new sweetie was really pushing the envelope for network TV. Even Fox.

So does anyone think that the underground Nazi cabal will really be able to resurrect Victor Drazen or are they full of crap?

Does that mean she’s wet? :smiley:

How many weeks until the next season?

Approximately 24 weeks appropriately.

My favorite TV show is done for the season. People on the board are going crazy. Network executives may be involved…

This will be the longest summer of my life.

::tic-TOC-tic-TOC-tic-TOC::

I’m so glad that Kim and Kate both came to terms with their sexuality and had that long, steamy, lesbian sex scene together. That really made the episode for me…

As long as we’re fantasizing, right?

I read through half this thread before I realized that there was no episode 25. Duh.

Can I just say that this is the first time I’ve posted in this thread?

:::waving:::

*Monstre unhappy that FX didn’t run the replay of the season finale on the usual day, so didn’t get to tape it… *

Fine. If you get that kind of stuff, we gotta have a naked Jack scene, too. I could play a nurse who comes in to give him a sponge bath in the hospital. Yeah, that’d be good…

I’m sorry, what were we talking about?

I was happy to see Nina back, but do the writers really think it was necessary for her to sing 99 Luftballoons?

I also liked the part where Marie finally lost it and ran around with no clothes on screaming about Allah.

Man, this was indeed the busiest 60 minutes of Jack’s life.

BTW, if you DO want to see Marie running around with no clothes on screaming, check her out in “The Faculty” by Robert Rodriguez.
