24: Season 7: Episode 9 (4:00pm - 5:00pm)

I assumed they wanted Dubaku before he left the country because, you know… he is a terrorist responsible for terrorist actions against our country resulting in loss of american lives on that very day.

I am pretty sure they aren’t going to be all… “Well, he’s harmless now, let’s let him leave the country where he may escape and never be heard from again so we can lick our wounds.”

Going to get him while you have the shot at it is the right thing to do.

My question- as it seems he is going to be taking a commercial flight- why is his picture not being given out to airport security-- “You See this man- you call us… and for the love of God DO NOT LET HIM PAST THE METAL DETECTORS”

About Chloe’s spawn…

Some seasons back, she was taking care of/hiding an infant at CTU for someone…possibly the guy involved with Kim?

Well, my memory is fuzzy, but I’m sure there was an infant. So, is it possible that the child we saw in the car was that kid? Or are the ages wrong?

And I may be ignorant of the state of the art of wireless communication interceptions, so correct me if I’m wrong, but how can Moleman (he really does look the part) brazenly make call after call out of that office without said signal being intercepted if not decoded?
The previews looked like he was talking to - gasp - Larry. So maybe Moss is in on the plot after all, and Agent Rowrr’s trust is all misplaced.
Just out of curiosity, what was Chloe’s beef with how Moss set up the network? She said something relating to only being able to access something or other at one location, but I didn’t really get it (if there was actually something to get).
The network is set up without remote access, so she has to use the conference room where she’s visible through the glass to everybody in the building. And the system is inefficient. She whines about that, too. “Well, I normally could set up the phone trace in a couple seconds, but agent brilliant here set up the network all goofy, so it will take me a week.” Of course I would think she should appreciate being in the conference room in full view of everyone, and not in a remote lab in the bowels of FBI headquarters with no one around except the sneaky mole and his hitman. Oh wait, that was an earlier season.
Most baffling plot element of the evening: Why would Dabaku be using girlfriend’s apartment as a safehouse? The girlfriend and sister weren’t in on the plot. So why were the addresses in all the henchmen’s PDAs?
They previously mentioned that Debaku was paying rent for the girlfriend. Also, doesn’t Debaku live in the same building?

Yes, I brought this up in earlier threads.
Is it me, or do many of the longer-term actors seem to be just going through the motions? Kiefer is still completely into his role, but Tony and Buchanan and even Chloe have this tired apathetic air around them.
Yes, it seems like all the regulars are wincing their way through their roles.

Well of course, you silly…

We need to start a pool on what time the sister gets whacked.
