3. Don't say or imply that someone is on your ignore list.

so no one is supposed to give to charity unless it benefits them? or lend a helping hand unless it benefits you…

such self centered behaviour only promotes discrimination…

bj0rn - discrimination sickens me…

For some reason I’m imagining the B-52s singing:

Everybody go greek style!

Kate Pierson would wear a cool laurel wreath on her beehive.

Sig line!

i simply couldnt, for the life of me, find a proper translation for the word “einelti”…

bullying is certainly a better word…and i suspect that your “bastardisation” is exacly the word i was looking for, although i dare not swear by it.

michael ellis: you did not manage to use a single icelandic character that is not in the english alphabet…nice try though.

bj0rn - því ekki að prófa að fara í frí til íslands í ár?

A Møøse once bït my sïster…

Band name!

Üñƒðtµñ冀, àíñ’t í†?

congrats…you managed one

not unfortunate…sad maybe.

bj0rn - …

Whoosh!

particlewill, I read his threads when I run out of word puzzle books, but I had no idea about this one. I think tomndebb figured it out.

I’m going to go have some cornflakes.

tomndebb figures everything out…

bj0rn - even me!

Mÿnd yøu, møøse whøøshes kån be pretty nåstï…

Ïndeed.

admin, please close this thread…people are only being silly.

bj0rn - …thank you for your time.

Damn. Just plain damn.

What a great opening for such a great OP!

Dear Fenris!

May I ask, most humbly, in order not to hurt Your precious soul: If You mention me in a thread, would You please E-mail me so that I know where I am mentioned.

But please feel free to write anything You like about me.
Could You also explain what You mean by Your remark?

Thank You.

good luck getting that one through…

A: I don’t know what term you’re thinking of, but I’m positive that “discrimination” isn’t it.

B: It is important to spend your money wisely. I don’t choose to give to any drunken fratboy who demands my money. I carefully choose what charities I give to, and yeah, I choose the ones that benefit me as a rule. I’ll give to local charities that help people in my city/state over giving to national charities because I’d rather have less winos lying drunk in the street in my city than some other city. I have to avoid the winos in my city*.

I don’t give to charities where I don’t think my money will be well spent.

*Any Coloradoans: STEP 13 is a great charity, if you’re looking for someplace local to give!

i dont know where you got your “drunken fratboy” idea from…but let me assure you it does not apply to the producers of the documentary in question.
