If Trump wanted to egg this on, he’d be tweeting calls for more rebels to join in, not tweeting support for police. Just saying.
I was thinking similarly. It has to affect them directly to get them to change their tune, and they’re generally cowards at heart. The odds of any kind of casualty strikes me as low, so I’m not worrying about that yet.
