I would like to see evidence presented of the tours that certain Republican congress members gave to the terrorists in the week before Jan 6, and any phone records, texts, email between congress members and any of the terrorists.

What are the possibilities of the caller being voice-identified and caught? Are death threats even taken seriously any more, they seem so commonplace these days? Seems to me I’ve seen many reports in the news of death threats delivered via voice mail. That seems awfully cocky. Are these followed up and prosecuted?
There can be all sorts of conditions imposed upon you if you are let out on bond. They don’t have to let you out on bond.
So, my question stands. What would the judge be asking this “pretrial services officer” to be looking for? A stash of guns and ammo perhaps?
I googled for “pretrial services” and the first listing was this Wikipedia article:
The process has three primary functions: to collect and analyze defendant information for use in determining risk, to make recommendations to the court concerning conditions of release, and to supervise defendants who are released from secure custody during the pretrial phase.
People are not, generally, allowed out of jail before trial without conditions. Part of what pretrial services does is to help ensure the defendant is keeping their side of the bargain.
ETA: Your use of scary quotation marks is noted: you don’t know what it is or what they do, but you’re against them.

Okay. I’ve seen this happening to people out on parole, their parole officers come snooping around from time to time. I didn’t know the same sort of thing happens pre-trial when people are out on bail.
Not necessarily. I quoted the phrase because it wasn’t a phrase I’m familiar with, so I was just quoting the words from the source article. People use quote marks for that too.

Now you know. And even sovereign citizens who claim the courts have no jurisdiction over them need to comply with bail conditions, and can be inspected to see that they are complying.
I’m shocked to note that she was anti-mask, and a critic of other public health measures. No wait. Not shocked at all.

Reps. Jim Jordan of Ohio and Jim Banks of Indiana are suspects. You don’t put suspects on the jury. McCarthy should be ashamed of himself.
I would dearly love to know if Jordan or Banks gave tours to the terrorists before Jan 6 so they could case the site, or if there were any communications between Jordan or Banks and the terrorists before the attacks.

A pretty reasonable fear, given what she is accused of doing. One of the alleged terrorists has been ordered held in jail after it was discovered he was hoarding firearms and making threats online.
To bring a bit of levity to the thread: on Tuesday the 4G caucus of Goetz, Gohmert, Greene and Gosar tried to hold a presser at the Department of Justice to protest how the insurrectionists had been treated by DOJ. A counter protestor drowned them out with a whistle. Another had a sign that said “Traitors + Rapists Sit Down.” Eventually they had to abandon their own press conference. Particularly fitting that Marjorie Taylor-Greene – who has stalked and harassed fellow members of Congress and school shooting survivors – was chased out of her own event.
